Steroid, oral drug, vitamin E, surgery and bevacizumab (2 + nine cycles) got, getting a partial clinical response, whereas signifiant radiologic reduction was documented. An individual radiation hyper-sensivity was advised during this patient and knowledge on this subject area unit higtly required with increasing interest in personalised medication worldwide. Radionecrosis ought to be considered once actinotherapy in inferior astrocytoma, because its course could also be devastating and exacerbated by anti-tumoral therapies.
